We founded Core Creation Coaching because we have a passion for people.

Are you currently building leadership that will leave a legacy? The basis of all success starts with a leader’s connection to their people. Our process brings together our insights and experience while taking into account your company’s mission, values, goals and strategies. Our customized Core Impact™ approach to leadership development allows everyone to grow in their own personal strengths and in the context of their personal and professional career goals. Furthermore, we make sure to turn the abstract into the tangible, ensuring that results are immediately visible in your business.

At Mars Wrigley Confectionery, we built and launched an internal coaching program targeting high potential sales associates using our Core Impact™ coaching method. We leveraged our experience and passion for understanding their personal strengths and ambitions to ultimately prepare them for leadership positions across the business.

Friends & Founders

Sometimes when two people meet the magic just happens. Our paths crossed in 2011 when we met at work and ended up on the same marketing team. We had an instant connection and built trust in each other that evolved into a deep friendship. We both went on to pursue different roles in sales, but we knew we had developed a partnership that was bigger than our jobs. Seven years later, in 2018, we founded Core Creation Coaching and Consulting with the sole purpose of helping people follow their dreams and achieve their highest potential in life.

We have a mutual passion for supporting people to think big and dream about their possibilities. We thrive in helping people create an awareness about who they are and what strengths they have at their core. One of the many similarities we share is an insatiable curiosity about what life has to offer. Both of us have gone through difficult life experiences that have given us the appreciation for making the most out of every moment we are offered in life, and we find deep fulfillment and purpose in helping others do the same.

Natalie feels lucky to have married her soulmate and has adopted his quote as the basis of her coaching practice. “The real meaning of love is to be known.” Her proudest role in life is mom to her two daughters. They have inspired her to be an advocate for women in the workplace. Natalie is passionate about supporting women to develop the confidence and self-esteem to negotiate and champion for themselves in order to be recognized, rewarded, and promoted for the outstanding work they deliver. She knows it is vital to get this message across to girls early in life, which is why she volunteers as a guest speaker at high schools delivering her “Finding Your Inner Confidence” talk.

On the weekends, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters taking walks on the beach, going to the movies, and exploring new restaurants in Los Angeles. The best times are when Pia and her family are able to join in. Aside from taking frequent business trips together, Pia and Natalie spend good, quality time together either skiing in the winter or finding new, crazy workout classes like goat yoga or indoor surfboard bootcamp. On a weekly basis, Natalie loves hiking, pilates, spinning, and kickboxing classes. She loves to travel and explore new cities, cultures, and food (of course). She also loves music and going to concerts with her teenage girls. Her goal is to live life to the fullest with passion, purpose, and a lot of laughter along the way.

A mom of three boys, she understands how parents are challenged with defining their work life balance while still feeling fulfilled in their careers and at home. She brings a passion for you to define your own everyday inspiration guided through your values, strengths, and ambitions so you can become the CEO of your career and your life!

Outside of work, Pia enjoys spending time with her husband John and their three boys. You will find them on the sidelines of a soccer field or basketball court during the weekends or spending time with their family and friends. She also enjoys taking spontaneous long weekend trips as her way to recharge. Pia’s favorite place to visit is California, where she gets to spend time with Natalie and her family. LA has become her second home where she loves to watch the sunset off the Santa Monica pier, explore different parts of the city, and eat at her favorite Mexican restaurant Sol Y Luna in the Valley. Staying healthy is a priority in her life. Whether it’s a challenging workout at the gym or a hot yoga class with friends, it always makes her feel strong and energized.
